The hotel had some ups and downs. The rooms were not as advertised on the website and were quite chilly upon arrival, making it challenging to reach a comfortable temperature. However, the service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The location was convenient for exploring downtown, although the dining experience was mediocre. Overall, a mix of positives and negatives.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel while my family was in town for a wedding. The rooms were clean and well-decorated, making for a comfortable stay. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, almost as if they missed interacting with guests. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance of downtown. However, the dining options were limited, with prepackaged breakfast items being served.
The hotel provided a unique setup that easily accommodated our family with plenty of room. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, but they were tiny. The service was wonderful, with adequately trained and always kind staff, despite having a time limit on room cleanings. The location was perfect for a KU visit, with easy access and plenty of parking. The dining experience was nice, but could have offered more for the money. Overall, a great stay with a few minor drawbacks.
